If you call or email the office, the practice receives the information you choose to provide. Ordinary email is not an appropriate place to send medical details.

Appointments and clinical information

Online appointment requests are handled by PatientFusion in its secure portal. When you open or use that service, its privacy practices and terms apply. Sensitive or clinical information should be provided only through an approved secure channel.

Product purchases

Product browsing and checkout are handled by Square. This website does not receive or store card details. Square’s privacy policy and terms apply to activity on its hosted storefront.

Contact form

The general contact form sends the information you provide to the office through its email delivery provider. Messages are not stored in the website database. Do not submit medical records, clinical photographs, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through this form.

Technical information

The hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Embedded services may use their own operational or analytics technologies when loaded.

External services and links

The site uses or links to services including PatientFusion, Cherry, Square, GoFundMe, Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Those services operate independently under their own privacy policies.
